The linear thermal expansion coefficient of the hollow polycarbonate panel is 7×10m/m.k, that is, for every 1°C increase in temperature, the 1m×1m panel will expand by 0.075mm along the length direction. The user must calculate the installation gap data based on the temperature difference between the four seasons in the project location: For example, in the northern region, the highest temperature is 40°C and the lowest temperature is -30°C. The reserved clearance for 1m×1m plate installation is 0.07×70=4.9mm.

Cleaning methods for solar panels (1) When cleaning, they must be rinsed with warm water below 60°C. (2) Use neutral detergent when cleaning. Detergents that are corrosive to solar panels are not allowed. (3) Use a soft cloth or sponge dipped in neutral liquid to scrub gently.
